How do I get an estimate?

How do you price a home for window washing?

We charge per window. We have two packages for window cleaning, Premium and Standard. Our premium package, which includes interior and exterior cleaning, screens cleaned, and sills wiped. Our Standard Package is just exterior windows.[CLICK HERE FOR PRICE GUIDE]

Do you offer bundle deals if we pay for more than one of your offered services?

Yes we do offer packages. It will vary in each job so we will discuss with you when we present an estimate. 

How do you clean the windows?

We use a little bit of dawn soap and water for the interior. On the exterior we use a pure water system specifically designed for cleaning windows leaving them spot free. No harmful chemicals are used on the windows for regular cleans. 

What if my windows have hard water or other marks on them?

We will use diluted chemicals or low grade steel wool to restore the window back to normal. We do charge slightly more if we have to spend more time restoring a window. 

How high of windows can you clean?

Our system can go up to 45 ft high on the exterior, for interior we can reach every window in a home as long as nothing is blocking it. 

How often should my windows be cleaned?

Your windows should be cleaned inside and out at least once a year. For exterior windows we recommend two times a year or more. 

Are you insured?

Yes we are fully licensed and insured. 

What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?

On days when the weather is in question, we will communicate with the customer before arriving. We closely monitor the current weather conditions. If anything, we can at least clean the interior windows and reschedule exterior for another date.

What do I need to do before your arrival?

We have our own supplies and equipment. All we ask is that there is a clear path to the windows. Remove any antiques, heirlooms, breakables, etc. from furniture that may be in front of the window, or on the window sill. If you are not able to, we are more than happy to move any obstacles. 

Do you free touch ups after rain or other weather?

Yes we offer a 10 day free touch up guarantee. 

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, 100%. If you see any spots we are more than willing to come fix our work.
