How do you clean the windows?

For interiors, we use a gentle Dawn soap and water solution. For exteriors, we use a pure water filtration system that leaves windows spot-free—no harsh chemicals involved.

What if my windows have hard water stains or other marks?

We use diluted solutions or fine-grade steel wool to safely restore windows. A small additional charge may apply for detailed restoration work.

How high can you clean?

Our exterior pure water system can reach up to 45 feet high. Inside, we can access nearly every window unless there’s something blocking it.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

We recommend cleaning your interior and exterior windows at least once a year. For exterior-only cleanings, twice a year or more keeps your views crystal clear.

Are you insured?

What happens if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?

We closely monitor the weather and will communicate with you ahead of time. If needed, we’ll clean your interiors and reschedule your exterior cleaning.

What should I do before your arrival?

All we ask is a clear path to your windows. Please move any breakables, heirlooms, or delicate items from furniture or sills near the windows. If needed, we’re happy to assist.

Do you offer free touch-ups after rain or weather?

Yes! We offer a 10-day free touch-up guarantee after your service—just give us a call if needed.
